Our guests will be stay in an elegant house, benefiting from free breakfast, and access to the beautiful leafy garden with barbeque facilities. We are situated in Hietzing, one of the most beautiful Districts of Vienna. Enjoy summer barbeques in the outdoor seating area, in the spacious garden, or relax in the tastefully decorated living/dining room.

For connections to Vienna Central Station, the closest train station (S-Bahn) is just 100 metres away. Tram and metro lines also provide excellent transport links around Vienna (25 minutes to Centre). Schoenbrunn Palace and the Vienna Zoo are both just a 10-minute journey by public transport.

There are two guest bedrooms available in this property. Each with TV, WiFi, desk, sofa, 2 single beds which can accommodate 2 guests. There is a bathroom with spacious shower and separate toilet for exclusive guest use.

"My friend Sally and I spent 3 glorious days at the Charming House in Vienna and we have to say both the 'House' and 'Alice & Oliver the Host' s were extremely Charming! Firstly the House was totally beautiful, light, bright, spotlessly clean and stylishly decorated with gorgeous artwork everywhere. The garden was a lush, very private little bit of paradise. We spent a couple of evenings drinking wine on the patio as the sun was setting. Such a restful haven, after our busy days sightseeing in glorious Vienna. Alice laid on a deliciousl breakfast, coffee, pastries/bread with yummy jams/honey, ham and cheese. All served on pretty blue and white china. The beds were wonderfully comfortable too! Plus a great shower. Oliver helped us plan our sightseeing with great patience, explaining the transport system etc. Nothing was too much trouble, he was a lovely man and a total star! Thank you for having us in your amazing home, we loved every minute. Highly recommended! Lin and Sally"
